For 55 years, the Hershey Symphony Orchestra has entertained music lovers throughout Central Pennsylvania
The Hershey Symphony is an orchestra of accomplished musicians, voluntarily giving of their time and talents to create a culturally enriching and enjoyable experience for the community. The orchestra is located in Hershey, Pennsylvania, and its 80 members come from a wide area of Eastern and Central Pennsylvania.

Welcome to your Symphony Orchestra! We are a group of passionate and dedicated musicians who come together to create beautiful and powerful music for our audiences. Our orchestra consists of talented musicians from various backgrounds and training, all working together to bring you an unforgettable performance. Our goal is to create a sense of community and connection through music, and to share the joy and beauty of classical music with our audiences. We are constantly striving to bring new and innovative programming to our concerts, and we hope to inspire and educate our listeners through our performances. World class and local talent
Concert programs include music from all periods and styles – classical to romantic, baroque to contemporary, symphonic to Broadway – exposing both the musicians and audiences to a wide variety of musical literature. Making a special effort to honor local talent, the orchestra has featured many local musicians and musical organizations as guest artists.
Hershey Festival Strings
Festival Strings is the youth orchestra of the Hershey Symphony. This program provides a fantastic opportunity for middle school strings in the greater Hershey and Harrisburg areas to play in an ensemble of dedicated young musicians and perform on stage with the Hershey Symphony. Learn how to be a part of this enriching and musically rewarding experience.
